Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any service with Lavender Splendour Cleaning Services (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Our Services

We provide a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Regular domestic cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

  • Oven cleaning

  • End-of-tenancy cleaning

  • Office and commercial cleaning

Each service is carried out by trained, insured, and vetted cleaning professionals using safe and effective cleaning methods.

3. Bookings and Quotations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Quotations are valid for 10 days and are based on the information provided by the client.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the quote if the condition, size, or requirements of the property differ from those described at the time of booking.

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

4. Access to Your Property

  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If keys are provided, they will be kept securely and used only for the purpose of the scheduled cleaning.

  • Please ensure electricity and water are available on the day of cleaning.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due on or before the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved online payments.

  • Late payments may incur a small administration fee.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the quoted price.

  • If we cannot access the property or the appointment is missed without notice, the full service fee may be charged.

  • Lavender Splendour Cleaning Services  reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, transport issues, or severe weather).

7. Liability and Insurance

  • We are fully insured for public liability.

  • While every care is taken, Lavender Splendour Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage, wear, or staining.

    • Items of sentimental or monetary value not secured or declared in advance.

    • Damage due to faulty equipment, poor condition of surfaces, or materials unsuitable for cleaning.

  • We recommend storing fragile or valuable items safely before cleaning.

8. Health and Safety

  • Our cleaners follow all relevant health and safety regulations.

  • We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse cleaning if conditions are unsafe or unhygienic.

9. Pets and Children

We love pets and families, but for everyone’s safety:

  • Please secure pets during cleaning sessions.

  • Children should be supervised and kept away from wet floors and cleaning equipment.

10. Use of Personal Data

We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information will only be used to manage bookings and deliver our services.

11. Complaints Procedure

12. Force Majeure

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
